TO ACHIEVE OPTIMAL RESULTS, FOLLOW THE RECOMMENDED APPLICATION RATES FOR VARIOUS APPLICATION:
- Mist Spraying: Apply 0.4 L/m² to 0.5 L/m².
- Tack-coating: Use 0.2 L/m² to 0.6 L/m².
- Concrete Curing: Apply 0.5 L/m² to 0.9 L/m².
- Full Grouting: Use 5.0 L/m² to 11.0 L/m².
- Semi-Grouting: Apply 0.4 L/m² to 0.5 L/m².
- Patching: Use 8.0 L/m² to 10.0 L/m².
- Sealing of Formation and Sub-bases: Apply 0.9 L/m² to 1.8 L/m².
- Surface Dressing: Use 1.4 L/m² to 1.6 L/m².

- Completely drain the spraying equipment.
- Flush the machine, including the spray lance, by circulating kerosene continuously.
- Pump the waste solution into a designated waste receptacle and drain it entirely. Dispose of it in accordance with regulations.
- During breaks in spraying, periodically flush the lance with kerosene.
- At the end of each working period, empty the container completely, flush it with kerosene by continuous circulation, and then drain it.
These precautions help maintain equipment integrity and ensure the proper application of bitumen emulsion.
